Rental orders = first commitment period rent multiplied by your commission rate (security deposit is refunded to the customer, so it's not included; automatic renewals are not counted). eSIM orders = order amount multiplied by the same commission rate. If fans use a coupon, commissions are calculated based on the actual received amount. Your actual commission rate is displayed in the top left corner of the dashboard; that rate is the one that applies.

Orders placed by fans within 30 days after clicking your link are counted towards you. If they click on multiple partners' links, the last one clicked (last-click) is the one that counts.

Rental orders: confirmed after the customer has paid and successfully received the device (orders can still be canceled before pickup, so they aren't counted yet). eSIM orders: confirmed upon successful payment (instant delivery).

No. Orders from the same account or the same email are identified as self-referral and do not generate commissions.

Yes. Coupons and your attribution can be stacked — you can include the official coupon when you share your link.

The dashboard's invite page has your unique invite link. For KOLs who join through your link, you get an extra 5% of each confirmed order they bring in within the first year (their own commission remains unchanged). Only your direct invitations are counted — if they invite others, those commissions go to them, not to you. Inviting yourself (same account or same email) doesn't count.

Your partner code is the promo code itself: when your fans enter it at checkout, they get a 5% discount, and the commission is automatically calculated for you — perfect for scenarios like live streaming, short videos, or stories where links can't be included. You can't use your own code for your orders.

Payouts are automatically processed on the 1st of each month for the confirmed commissions of the previous period, and a monthly statement is sent to your email. You can also view it in your dashboard.

Select your preferred method in the dashboard under "Payment Information": FPS Faster Payment System (Hong Kong), PayPal (global), or bank transfer (local/international wire transfer). Fill in your corresponding payment account details, and we will directly transfer the funds after each settlement.

Yes, HK$200. Commissions that haven't reached HK$200 in the current period will be automatically carried over and paid out together once they accumulate to HK$200. You won't lose any commissions.

Orders canceled before confirmation won't be counted. If there's a refund after confirmation, the corresponding commission will be adjusted in the next payout.

Commissions are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Orders priced in USD are converted at a fixed rate of 1 USD = 7.8 HKD.

Your dashboard and promotion tools page will generate your links for you — the format is the participating website's URL followed by ?aff=yourcode (e.g., altesim.com/?aff=yourcode). Fans will easily recognize where to go, and clicks and commissions are automatically tracked. The promotion tools page has a generator to select the target page and channel tags, with a one-click copy function. Adding ?aff=yourcode to any URL version works the same way.

Yes. More websites and partners will be added over time, and your code will automatically apply to them without the need to reapply.
